Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 April 2026

Summary: By using Tideflow, you agree to use it lawfully, keep your account secure, and understand that the service is provided as-is during the early access period. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

1. About Tideflow

Tideflow is a task management and profitability tracking platform built for service businesses, agencies, and freelancers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tideflow platform, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tideflow ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Early access period

Tideflow is currently in an early access phase. During this period:

  • Access is granted by invitation only, at our sole discretion.
  • The Service is provided free of charge. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any billing begins.
  • Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will communicate material changes via email.
  • The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. We will aim to minimise disruption.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • Not share your account with anyone outside your authorised team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Tideflow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Service availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation — particularly during the early access period. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or improvements, and will aim to provide advance notice where possible.

7. Intellectual property

The Tideflow name, logo, design, software, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Tideflow and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use any of our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tideflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
